I have been working for the past few months with the good folks at IREC, SEIA, Vote Solar and others to develop a reference text for assessing the costs and benefits of distributed solar. It was published just over a week ago!
I had a chance to work with one of the smartest people in the biz, Jason Keyes, who also provides legal, regulatory, and policy support for IREC - the Interstate Renewable Energy Council, where I sit as a member of the Board.
